Drink a gallon of green tea everyday. No other liquids, just green tea. I bet you lose at least 5 pounds in 2 weeks.

I haven’t, but I’ve heard that they really do work, and they’re not too expensive either. The “best ones” are the Mega-T green tea pills.

Green tea capsule is a viable alternative to give you your daily dose of healthy antioxidant.

The supplement capsules are simply green tea extracts offering you the same benefits as the brewed tea. Sometimes, the benefits from the capsule far outweigh the benefits of the green tea in the liquid form due to higher potency. This is because the ingredients are measured meticulously while manufacturing.

Congratulation for your baby! I had a newborn 3 weeks ago and it was great.

I am a green tea drinker and have never taken green tea pill. So I am commenting from a drinker’s perspective.

Green tea helps lose weight because of its catechins and caffeine compounds. This is what you should be looking for.

There are 200+ other bioactive constituents in hot green tea. Scientists are increasingly saying that they are important. This what you will be missing out in the pill.

The biggest concern is the heavymetal contents such as fluoride. Green tea extract is made from lowest grade green tea, which is the oldest and contains the most pollutants. It might comes from a dodgy tea garden. The additional processing doesn’t help either.

In summary, it might be advisable getting a caffeinated, fluoride free or organic extract, and never overdose.

My personal preference is loose green tea made from very young tea shoots, as they are tasty, enjoyable and contains a GREAT deal of health benefits.
