NO, I wouldn’t do anything like that. If you overdo anything it becomes toxic to your body. You are best following a well balanced formula. I have to eat protein at each meal & even when I eat a snack I will have half an apple & dip it into peanut butter. I eat about 5-6 times a day & feel much better. I went on low carbs for a while & felt so tired & found I needed carbs for energy so it is best to learn what a well balanced diet is & you can ask people here what they eat if they eat a well balanced diet. Anything else it going end up making you worst off in the long run.

Yes, Green Tea helps in losing weight. But like everything else, its just a supplement. If you go like me, i.e eat eat eat and then keep sitting on the PC and no excercise or workouts, then probably any green tea won’t help. Again, its just a supplement. You need to take a controlled diet along with it and do regular workouts.
