    NO, I wouldn’t do anything like that. If you overdo anything it becomes toxic to your body. You are best following a well balanced formula. I have to eat protein at each meal & even when I eat a snack I will have half an apple & dip it into peanut butter. I eat about 5-6 times a day & feel much better. I went on low carbs for a while & felt so tired & found I needed carbs for energy so it is best to learn what a well balanced diet is & you can ask people here what they eat if they eat a well balanced diet. Anything else it going end up making you worst off in the long run.

    Yep, I have been taking the one from http://myultragreentea.com and after about a month or so I am still feeling tons more energy when I incorporate the tea into my diet! Combined with my workouts, it’s helped me lose more weight than without it for sure!!

    Yes, Green Tea helps in losing weight. But like everything else, its just a supplement. If you go like me, i.e eat eat eat and then keep sitting on the PC and no excercise or workouts, then probably any green tea won’t help. Again, its just a supplement. You need to take a controlled diet along with it and do regular workouts.
