I just bought a months worth of nutrisystem food from a friend and I have no idea how to start. I know that you have to eat fruits and vegetables but I don’t really know how to start. Do I need a book by nutrisystem or something to tell me what to do?

Can someone just tell me exactly what I need to do to get started on it? So if someone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it.

   A friend of mine did that and it came with instructions on foods to eat, u can probably look up their website though.,
