Everyone loses weight differently. When they say the results are not typical it means that you may lose weight slower or quicker then Kirstie Alley did. She is also exercising daily which is a must to lose weight or at least 3 or 4 times a week. Even a 30 minute brisk walk would do the trick.
All companies put a disclaimer in their advertising to cover themselves as lawsuits seem to be the way of the times these days.
Jenny Craig is far more expensive then Weight Watchers. You must buy Jenny’s meals in order to succeed and that is costly.
