    It has alot of antioxidants that help u digest food better if u drink it with no more than 1 tspn or no sugar itll help u loose weight

    Yes its an antioxidant which removes toxins from your body. its actually really good to drink

    Not sure about in liquid tea form. But green tea supplements are a great appetite suppressant. Just make sure you do not get the ones with caffeine.

    Drink green tea as part of a diet, not by itself.

    Green tea its self isnt enough to promote weight loss. However it does help by boosting your metabolism and some studies have show that it reduces the absorption of dietary fats in the intestine. Make sure you eat right and excercise as well.

    I am trying the green tea from http://myultragreentea.com right now and it has definitely helped to raise my energy levels and metabolism. I find that I have a ton more energy throughout the day and when I combine the tea with exercise I feel great afterwards! My friend has been drinking the tea and exercising for about 4 weeks now and she says she has definitely lost a bunch of weight! She hasn’t told me the exact amount of pounds or anything but I know she is really excited about the progress, so it definitely works!
