    I love green tea. i dont know if it helps a diet.

    Only by fulling you up and supposedly detoxifying you.

    The best thing I found about green tea was it stopped me feeling hungry and drinking Coke!

    It hepls a lot with your metabolism and it clens your colon i love it i lost 9lb in a 11 days just drinking two ballerine(grean tea) every day with out doing exercises its great.

    1) Detoxifies the body( Has highest ECG)
    2) Increases metabolism
    3) Improves resting stage in sleep
    4) Improves digestion of food if taken after meals

    I know thats it’s good for you and cleans out your system and gives you higher matabulism, so im guessing it would help with a diet because you would burn calories off faster.but it also depends on how much you want to lose,because i dont think it will help dramatically.
