There are many cleanses out there but one of the most effective is the coffee enema. Not exactly pain free (cramping) but is very effective at removing debris from the colon. Google the web for instructions. You can also buy colon cleansers at the health food stores. They consist of pills that you take over a course of time and drink lots of water. I found this to be not as effective and I hate taking mass amounts of capsules. Good luck, this would be a good idea to start off any healthy diet regimen.

Yes, I do know of a cleanse that I’ve personally had great results with. All the ingredients are 100% natural herbs - nothing else. Using this cleanse, I’ve gotten some dark rubbery like intestinal plaque out every time.
