Less meat - If you need to lose weight, then you might be eating too much meat. And it may be even more important to cut down if the meats you’re eating are processed because you’ll gain fat easier with artificially enhanced meat. The point is that you should eat little to no meat at all. This of course, won’t happen overnight, so take the necessary steps to cut down on your meat intake each day.
