Green tea quickens up your metabolism so yes you need to eat 6 times a day for it to help as if you dont eat it cant alter your metabolic rate

I don’t replace all my drinks with green tea. I still drink water. But I only drink the tea or water. Keep eating regularly definitely.
There are different types of green tea. The one I’ve heard is better for weightloss is called Oo-Long Tea.

This isn’t a “meal replacement” thing. Green tea helps to speed up your metabolism. But that’s about it…

Don’t aim to lose any more than 1-2 pounds in a week. It’s unhealthy to lose any more than that.

Keep eating healthy, drink the green tea, and water…and workout.

    Yes i do.
because most drinks are either too sour or too sweet for my taste.

and there “is “a difference in taste some more bitter/strong than others.
also the color can be more yellowish or greenish.

there was a web site that describes the differences between diff rent types cant remember it though…

Well u should still drink water. But yea green tea s green tea although some drinks might hav green tea along with some other stuff 2 help u lose
weight. An f u wana lose weight u should eat an 3 hrs later from the beginnig of ur meal eat again. So f u start eating breakfast @ 8 eat again @ 11. Jus try eating a littl bit of everything. An u should also exercise. I recommend that u jog slowly(cause this way burns fat) for about 30 mins.
atleast 3 times a week. An f u don hav time jus wake up earlier. Its better
running n the morning cause ur glycogen levels r low an ur body will burn
fat nstead of the glycogen for energy. its only 30 mins an u will hav alot of energy. An yea i don kno how much weight u will lose n a week but jus b patient an u will lose weight

Normally safe weight loss would be about 1-2 pounds a week. You can also help your metabolism by eating 5 meals a day with smaller portions in each meal. Water should not be cut out, but any sodas, fruit juices, and other such drinks should be avoided. You would still need to eat healthy, because you can drink green tea but if you increase your calories you could still gain weight. You need to also make sure the green tea is a quality tea, as there are many, many teas that are of inferior quality and do not have the benefits of a quality green tea.
