Do MEGA-T GREEN TEA DIET PILLS REALLY WORK?

ok I am 18 yrs old weigh bout 140 5′2. my friend lost a lot of weight she told me it was mega t green tea diet pills. but i dnt know if the really work.. they did on her. but i read a lot of blogs and they say it dsnt work. i ran this morning for about 30 min. did some cardio. what other things can i do to loose 20 pounds easily besides the pills… hmmm? i still dont know if they are going to work for me. please help/!/

wat else can i do to loose allt his fat. ewww gross!

    To be honest Cindie I wouldn’t reccomend any so called diet pills.

    With the excercise you’ve mentioned doing (runnings for 30 mins) and a good balances diet with 3 square meals a day you’ll loose weight the healthy way and feel better knowing you didnt have to ‘cheat’ it off.

    Improving your diet is the best place to start. Stick only to lean meats (chicken fish) fruits and veggies. Avoid sugars like the plague. If you stick to that, you will eventually lose weight if you become more active.
