Hi.
It will work if it has ephedrine. Here is some info:
You should train in gym if you possible can, that way you can train all your muscles, increase your metabolism and making it easier for you to drop weight. You can´t get rid of fat around the stomach by doing sit-ups - the body simply just doesn´t work that way.
Make sure you eat a well balanced diet.
If you want to drop weight try the following: Eat a little less than you need to maintain weight for about 4-6 days, then eat enough to maintain weight for 5-7 days and then repeat this cycle until your target has been reached.
The reason most diets fail is because if the body is deprived of calories for prolonged periods the metabolism will slow down and then the slightest slip-up will result in a weight gain plus the body wil not get the vitamins and supplements if needs if one eats too little for long, just to give some examples. This can be circumvented by doing what I suggested above.
You are more than welcome to email me if you want.
Good luck!!
Crunches do not work as they claim, get out and start walking on a daily basis, you’ll be surprised at how you will feel and you will also notice the midriff bulge start to flatten out. Make sure you keep yourself well hydrated, water is the best weight loss thing going. If you haven’t started a walking program, start out slow and gradually work your way up to a brisk pace. I started out doing one mile a day for a week and worked my way up to five miles a day. It can be done, you have to be persistent. If you don’t have someone to watch your child, take it along, either in a stroller or even a wagon with sideboards attached, this is so the child doesn’t fall out of the wagon. Start walking! Also, with the extra weight you will be pushing or pulling, you can cut your time and distance down to suit yourself. You’ll know how much you’ll be able to tolerate after about two or three weeks.
Hi, I have heard of this and really haven’t heard great things about it. I have tried all sorts of diet pills and nothing really beat out the first all natural one I took. It was called proactol and is a fat absorber and an appetite suppressant. I saved on it at at the time which was good.
This was a great appetite suppressant and really kept me out of the kitchen.
