None of them work that well. I’m sure you will hear this many times over, but good old fashioned exercise is the best way to burn fat and weight, hands down, fact. Don’t waste time and money with those pills that may have negative side effects. Exercising is essentially free…you don’t need fancy equipment.
No. look i took a nutrition class and the ONLY thing that can make u lose weight permanetly is changing ur diet and exercise. after u stop taking those pills ull gain the weight right back
None of them work. They are a waste of money. They are a scam. If the pills worked answer yourself this question: WHY are there fat people walking around the streets?
Even if you drop a few pounds, the minute you quit taking the pills, you will gain back what you lost and more.
Weight loss is like smoking. When you are ready to quit, you will do it on your own. Using a crutch is absolutely no help.
They don’t work and they are HORRIBLE for you!!! Excercise and eat healthy. That’s the only way to lose weight. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Don’t eat a lot of junk food. Please, PLEASE don’t use diet pills!!!!
