Well from what I think if your active enough you can lose weight fairly quick. The best fat burning workout would be cardiovascular workouts. They will help you a lot. Also there’s no pill that will burn the weight off fast. Mainly it’s what you eat, try to burn more calories that what you take in. Eat healthy foods, no junk, sodas, fast food etc. If you follow these simple tips you will be a lot thinner by the time your husband comes back.

When I started taking it I was 6′2 245lbs and had a hard time controlling my appetite. After the supply ran out I was 170lbs and only felt hungry a couple times per day. I started running and lifting weights but I’ve got no doubt the pills helped *a lot* because losing that much weight in that time span is pretty crazy.
