Hi,
I don’t know about losing weight but green tea is supposed to clean your system and remove toxins.
Personally I do not like it, I bought a packet and gave it to an acquaintance who swears by it.

I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks by switching my beverage to Diet green Tea and I still eat what I want just in smaller portions. And I exercise. So it’s not just up to drinking the green tea alone. But yes it does help ALOT.
The caffeine in the tea will provide a very small metabolism boost, but not enough to say it helps you lose serious weight. If you drinking it in place of a sugary soda, then you will benefit from the lower daily calorie intake. I have been drinking Lipton Diet Green Tea for a few months…..just because I enjoy the taste.
