Clara asks:
I have a digestion problem and I dont put on weight too. This has been troubling me for sometime and I have decided to do a colon irrigation which is going to cost me about £80 .However I do understand I can do a colon cleanse or a detox by just using tablets etc..that wont cost me as much. Which one is better? Any Ideas? Thank you

Neither, they are both a pain in the ass…
Sorry, had to get it outta my system.
Irrigation would be overall better, but in long term the benifits would prob be about the same
=:-)
‘Colon cleansing’ and ‘colon (colonic) irrigation’ are the same thing.
They are both scams.
Medically, they are rarely performed - there are risks of damage to the large intestines. Anyway an endoscopic examination will always show that a normal large intestine (caecum and colon) is completely clear of faeces (shit) following an overnight fast.
If you are worried by your symptoms then visit your doctor.
Whilst you are talking to your doctor, ask about ‘detox’. You will notice that he or she will be stiffling laughter. ‘Detox’ is another scam - there is no such thing.
All these scams are designed to relieve you of your money and are used by people who have no advanced medical qualifications.
Are you willing to have a sharlatan, who was working last week as a pheasant plucker, stick a pipe up your arse to rinse out your innards?
There are hundreds of ‘health’ scams - look here:
Neither is of any theraputic value!
They are part of the VERY lucrative urban myth that makes up the worthless ‘detox’ culture.
The large bowel is effectively emptied and refilled in 24 hours or less in patients with good diets!
There seems nothing that the gullible public will not try in their fruitless search for magical cures and instant and effortless ( on their part) fixes, even when they don’t actually have a disease!
Any colon cleanser which is worth using is going to cost not a great deal less than your colonic. I would recommend doing both - using a colon cleanser and having colonics. But if I had to choose one then the colonic has it.
I never tried either, but this site had some info about the blog owners experience using Colon Cleanse.
I’ve tried Dr. Natura’s Colonix, which I was very pleased with the results. So you might want to consider Colonix.
