Hi I stopped coffee and went on a green tea diet, i drink alot of green tea all day long, tonight before bed i took more green tea, and im very nervious, and having a panic attack, i have never had this problem with coffee, does anyone else get panic and nervous on green tea, or is it just me?

since u have not had coffee for some time !
Instead of giving up coffee completely, try reducing the amount consumed daily and then finally stop having it !!!!
PS — u could continue having some green tea too !!!!!!!!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PPL WHO SAY NO. bc I had the exact same side effect! I was on a high amounts of green tea(for a diet) and kept having panic attacks. I went to my doctor and he said yes, bc when you are on a green tea diet you are consuming such a larger amount than a normal person would. If you back the green tea down to a normal amount you are fine, however then you are not getting the “diet” benefit. How do you think you are losing weight if not by increasing your heart rate very much. For me the panic attacks were not worth losing weight. There are better means of doing so. Cut out too much green tea, regular servings are fine!
Its because you are with drawling from the coffee and over did it on the tea.
