Are you supposed to chew Extreme Acai Berry tablets, or are they meant to be swallowed? The directions on the bottle don’t say….

   Well if they taste ok to you then you can chew on them. I just swallow them.

   Unless a tablet specifically says chewable on the label like chewable vitamin c, they’re for swallowing.
