Yumm!!! but no. their really bad for you actually
Idk thats a really good question cz i have always woundered that to… haha
I dont know but i think that they just help u eat the right amount of food and stuff like that
I DONT KNOW BUT I KNOW I HAVE LOST WEIGHT WITH THEM
Yes, they’re good for you but most people eat like 3 of them because they’re so small. It ends up being way more calories than a regular meal. Trust me, you wont get full off of one.
Kinda. my friend works late so she eats those instead, she lost 12 pounds without even reall trying. she just started eating those
I hope so! i eat them all the time when i travel..
Nope they r pretty much as unhealthy as a normal tv dinner. try a fresh salad next time
They probably arent good for you, but they are better than a pizza or hamburger.
If you need more sodium in your diet… yes
Not particularly as they are very high in sodium and preservatives. The Lean Cuisine Spa line is better as it is all natural, healthier foods.
No but sooo yummy
plus they make u loose weight
No they are terribly bad for you
In terms of health value, frozen food does not compare to the real thing. But Lean Cuisine is certainly healthy when compared to other fare, like Hungry Man.
Yes, Just dont listen to Carman and eat through your An** and poop out your mouth.
They have no preservatives, low fat, and way more veggies than other tv dinners. I was working two jobs for a year and ate one of them for lunch and dinner everyday (plus fruit and protein bars and stuff) and lost a bunch of weight. i dont see how they can be bad for you.
Take the calories
use this formula:
Fats X 9
Proteins X 4
Carbs X4
Add them together see if their lieing about how many calories are in it. If you don’t work out you should have 2000 calories a day. A calorie is a calorie. As long as you pay attention to serving sizes its fine.
Oh and low fat isn’t really low fat they have to make up somewhere if its low in fat its probably high in carbs or proteins. Having to much of anything can be fattning.
Better than simalar meals (T.V.dinners ext) but high in sodium and stuff not good for you only lower calories so no not good for you.
Doubtful. Most frozen foods contain too many artificial preservatives, sodium and bad fat to be good for you.
It’s much better to prepare your own meals using ingredients that are organic (or as natural as possible), then freeze in individual portions to serve later. Hearty chicken and rice soup, beef stew, chicken & dumplings, chili…these all freeze beautifully and come out of the freezer good as new. It makes eating good food at home and controlling portions and quality a breeze!!!! Cooking your own also becomes a cost control measure. It’s much MUCH cheaper to do it this way, and again - if you fixed it, then you’re assured of the quality.
About the frozen foods: General rule of thumb - the more processed something is (like meals just ready to heat and eat, frozen dinners, etc - the worse it is for you.
