    It makes you lose weight, but a diet without pauses destroys your stomach. So be careful.

    Judging by your way of typing my guess is your TO DAMN YOUNG to be thinking of taking these pills. i have taken green tea pills and all they did for me was make me live in the bathroom for 2 days. not worth it

    There’s no miracle pill. You may actually have to do some work to lose that much weight. The pill does not work, as none do. Your body gets “immune” to them after a few days or so, so if you lose weight while on a pill you can attribute it to mental reasons. You can say it’s from the pill but in reality it’s not.

    Green tea is totally natural in pill form or tea bag. It stimulates the metabolism and works like an anti-oxidant. It does help with a diet and exercise program. It is a slow diet so don’t expect miracles quickly. I would also suggest a total body cleanse and some CLA to go along with it (both natural and no stimulants).

    NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully…they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of “if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight.” Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

    You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don’t have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

    There’s only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.
