Anyone eaten Lean Cuisine and what were your results?

Did you eat Lean Cuisine meals? If so have you lost weight after a month? I heard it is a good way to lose weight along with exercising.

    Yuck tasting vile stuff…i tried for 1 day and gave up……
    weight watcher meals are better….but expensive.

    Calorie wise they are a great way to lose weight. However, the portions are so small and after you eat you are usually still hungry so I would suggest adding some vegetables to those meals.

    The only down side is the fact that most tv dinners are loaded with sodium which as we all know can make you retain water.

    It tastes rank- cook your own meals but just use less fat and smaller portions (about as small as the lean cuisine ones) or use a weight watchers cookbookj, you’ll soon loose weight- and the food will taste better too!

    Its pretty good but watch the sodium content. rule of thumb is…. only one frozen meal a day. then low salt diet. watch the carbs try to keep your total in check.

    I tasted it [w/o going on a diet] and it doesn’t help. PLus packaged foods are high in salt, which can raise your blood pressure. It’s not good

    They taste like absolute garbage. *makes disgusted face*

    Cook your own meals. Stuff like fish with brown rice and vegetables. It will take longer but it is well worth it and healthier too.
