What is the best Brand for the green tea diet? I heared it was healthier. Has anyone ever tried it? please answer both questions…

   I switched from coffee to Constant Comment Green Tea for 2 weeks because I ran out of coffee. I lost 5 pounds and got LOTS of comments :>. I do think it was the green tea. I would get whatever you can drink comfortably. The Lipton green tea is awful. Some green tea is super expensive and I don’t see how it could be that superior.

2. Kassidy: 

   The best brand of green tea is Republic of Teas. I drink about 8 cups a day and it has helped with my appetite!!!
