Mariah asks: I heard the drinking green tea was really good for you. I love Lipton’s Diet Green Tea. It contains NO calories, NO sugar, No nothing. Do you think that drinking the bottled green tea is just as good for you as drinking the actual green tea from a bag?

Anything with green tea in it makes me nauseous, how about you?
